JUST WHEN YOU THINK HOPE IS GONE, GIROUD LIT THE CANDLE

Call him the most sluggish and below average player over and over again, he delivers when it matters. Giroud scored his first hatrick in an Arsenal shirt since since 2012 when he joined the lovely club. His first goal came in the 29th minute, second in 49th and third in 67th minute respectively. As aforesaid, he may not be the most lethal stricker in the premier league but always give the opposition defenders a great deal of hard time. Arsenal with the penchant of puting themselves in a very tight corner prove to all and sundry yesterday night why they are regarded as one of the best team in the world; why they are title contender and not pretender. At first the home team showed their initial gra-gra but ran out of steam and Arsenal took over the proceedings in style with the help of Ozil, the fragile midfield beast, Ransey, the oil that lubricates the Arsenals wheel and Cambell who is steadily and rapidly developing game by game thereby puting himself in Arsene Wengers thought, making it difficult for Wenger to put him on sale shelf in January. Still on cambell, i am not one of the fan that condemn or castigate quickly when a player is not playing well, and with the recent progress of campbell i am certain if given more time he can do a good job in the absence of Sanchez. Though not on the same level as the Arsenal evil spirit, as i always like to call him, but he can be a very good replacement pending Sanchez'return. Arsenal qualification out of the group stage comfortably and in style is no more news; we have always done that time and time again but the mode of the qualification will be on every ones lips, friend and foe for sometime. No doubt both Giroud and Campell gave a MOTM player yasterday, but for me i will say campell deserves it more because of his all round play. yesterday night, h
e did not cease to dichotomize between attack and defense, to crown it all, he gave Giroud a subtle assist. sooooooo happy with the way the job was done and dusted. Long live the club, long live the reign of Wenger.
